Elavon Account: Required for any of the (4) four equipment choices:An account is required to be set up with Elavon which we will assist you in doing. This account serves as a bridge from the hardware to your regular banking account.

Equipment Choices: (Option 1 is recommended for Limo Companies, Option 2 & 3 are the recommended choice for Taxi Companies) Option 1 can offer refunds or no refunds.

1. Blackberry POS:Includes a Bluetooth printer, only completes credit card transactions. Transactions can be completed without a printer component. Transactions can also be emailed.
2. Virtual Merchant:Requires a wireless internet connection though an Aircard which we will activate for the end user. Requires a PIN Pad hooked up though the computer terminal. Wired Pin Pad can be passed to passenger for entering PIN. (Please note computer terminal  cost is not included)
3. Integrated Wireless POS device with Debit & Credit Card: Has an integrated terminal with Debit & Credit Card processing.  Portable. Built in Pin Pad can be passed to passenger for entering PIN. Security latch can be added to prevent theft. Pricing for security latch will vary based on type of security harness chosen
4. Fixed Terminal for Taxis and Limo’s:Includes a touch screen, a card swipe, printer, and a processing terminal. Requires a wireless internet connection though an Aircard which we will activate for the end user. Wired Pin Pad can be passed to passenger for entering PIN.
    
   

Business Development or Promotional Add ons:

 Corporate Card ProgramAvailable only with Option 1 – the Blackberry POS. It Offers the Taxi or Limo company, the ability to offer their clients an incentive program and a points program. The benefit to the client is that they can minimize accounting costs like reimbursement to employees that use their service. It’s a payment and a reward card all in one.
 Gift Card ProgramAvailable on all options. Gives the Taxi or Limo company a medium for promotion. Like offering discounts.
